Salubria Wellness cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please keep in mind that a 12 hour cancellation policy is honored at Salubria Wellness. Unless it is an unavoidable detainment (illness or emergency), the full amount will be charged if the cancellation is within the 12 hours or if it is a no-show appointment. You may cancel your appointment by leaving a voicemail with your therapist or via Email.

Please Do:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment if you did not submit a health form.
  • Make sure you arrive hydrated.  Adequate hydration allows the body to release and repair more efficiently.
  • Communicate with your therapist about the specifics of any injuries, medical conditions or special requests.
  • Communicate with your therapist if you are uncomfortable in any way.
  • Understand that your therapist is professional, insured, and certified by organizations with strict guidelines to provide a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic environment.  Your session will be ended and you will be charged in full if you do not observe the boundaries of appropriate (non-sexual) behavior.

Please Don't:

  • Have your cell phone ring audible. Please turn it off or on vibrate.
  • Come in if you're sick or not feeling well.  Please respect your therapist's health and stay home!  Cancel your appointment and reschedule when your feeling better.  You will not be charged for cancellation due to illness.
  • Arrive after vigorous activity without a shower.  It is important to be clean before your treatment.
  • Leave open wounds uncovered. If there are any areas on the skin that are open (bug bites, scratches, etc), massage oil and lotion can cause irritation.  Simply use a band-aid.
  • Come in if you have a severe sun-burn, any amount of pressure could result in further irritation.
